Every needy person will receive financial assistance for treatment – CM Yogi
Gorakhpur : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a Janata Darshan in Gorakhpur on Sunday to address public grievances, directing concerned officials to resolve them. The last Janata Darshan in Gorakhpur had taken place on March 9, before the Lok Sabha election notification.
Yogi visited Gorakhpur on Saturday and stayed overnight at the Gorakhnath Temple. The following morning, during the Janata Darshan held at Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan within the temple premises, CM Yogi listened to the problems of around 350 people and instructed officials to provide timely, quality, and satisfactory solutions.
The Chief Minister assured everyone that the government is ready to provide full support for medical treatment. Every needy person will receive ample assistance from the Chief Minister’s Discretionary Fund for their treatment.
He also instructed officials to complete the process of medical estimates for patients suffering from serious illnesses and make them available to the government as soon as possible. Additionally, Ayushman cards should be issued to eligible individuals who do not yet have them.
During the Janata Darshan, a woman sought assistance from the Chief Minister for her medical treatment. Yogi inquired about her Ayushman Card, and she mentioned that she did not have one. He then instructed officials to facilitate the issuance of an Ayushman Card for her. Additionally, he emphasized that Ayushman Health Cards should be issued on a priority basis to all needy individuals who have not yet received them.
CM Yogi addressed grievances concerning police and revenue matters, stressing the need for district-level officials to swiftly resolve issues to reduce public inconvenience. Giving two key directives, he highlighted that efficiency in resolving public issues would be closely monitored.
He further asserted that the fair and transparent resolution of every person’s problem is the top priority of the government, and any negligence in this regard would be severely dealt with. Therefore, officials should listen to people’s problems with empathy and ensure efficient and quality solutions. During the Janata Darshan, the Chief Minister also showered blessings and distributed chocolates to children.
During his visit to Gorakhnath Temple, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, participated in gauseva at the temple’s Gaushala on Sunday morning. He inquired about the condition of the cows and personally fed them jaggery and roti. During his tour of the Gaushala, CM Yogi called the cows by their various names and affectionately fed them jaggery and roti with his own hands. He also gathered information from the Gaushala staff regarding the health and nutrition of all the cows.
