The emphatic result eliminated Zimbabwe from the tournament while simultaneously sealing South Africa<\/strong>\u2019s place in the semifinals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The win put India\u2019s campaign firmly back on course after their earlier setback against South Africa. It also sets up a high-stakes clash against fellow two-time champions West Indies<\/strong> at the Eden Gardens<\/strong> on March 1\u2014a match that now shapes up as a virtual knockout.<\/p>\n\n\n
