Our approach is not of confrontation and opposition, but of solutions and development. He said that under the guidance of the successful Prime Minister <strong>Narendra Modi<\/strong>, through innovation, reforms, and sustained efforts, we are moving ahead toward making Rajasthan a developed state. Rajasthan is also playing the role of a strong growth engine in making India a developed nation by 2047. He said that if the state has to develop at a fast pace, we must move forward by looking toward the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per capita income crosses \u20b92 lakh for the first time\u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Sharma said that in the two years of our tenure so far, firm resolve and strong policies have given rise to a new work culture in Rajasthan. In half the time, more work has been done by our government. He said that Rajasthan\u2019s per capita income is going to increase for the first time to \u20b92,02,349. Compared to 2023\u201324 (\u20b91,67,027), this shows an increase of about 21.15 percent. He said that progress is taking place in every sector, including industry, agriculture, and services. The budget for 2026\u201327 is \u20b96,10,956 crore, which is about 41 percent higher compared to 2023\u201324.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unprecedented growth in GSDP due to our government\u2019s efforts\u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Sharma said that in 2026\u201327, the state\u2019s GSDP is estimated to be around \u20b921,52,100 crore, which is more than 41 percent growth compared to 2023\u201324. He said that during the previous government\u2019s five years, GSDP increased by about \u20b96,10,544 crore, but in just two years of our government, an increase of more than \u20b96,30,037 crore is estimated. Due to our economic reforms and ease of doing business efforts, the average growth rate has increased from the previous government\u2019s 10.92 percent to 12.25 percent. At constant prices, this rate was only 5.3 percent during the previous government\u2019s five years, but in our just two years it has increased to 8.7 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estimated revenue receipts of \u20b93,25,740 crore in 2026\u201327\u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Minister said that our government has made concrete and planned efforts to increase revenue. Total revenue receipts of the state in 2026\u201327 are estimated at \u20b93,25,740 crore, which is 14.08 percent higher than last year and about 60 percent higher than the previous government\u2019s final year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Highest-ever capital expenditure; more than double provision compared to previous government\u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Sharma said that in 2024\u201325, our government made the highest-ever capital expenditure of \u20b930,700 crore. This led to the construction of new roads, bridges, establishment of industrial units, and creation of employment opportunities for youth. For 2026\u201327, a provision of \u20b953,978 crore has been made for infrastructure, which is more than double the \u20b926,646 crore spent in the previous government\u2019s final year (2023\u201324). Total capital expenditure next year will exceed \u20b91 lakh crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiscal deficit lower than previous government\u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Sharma said that the fiscal deficit has been limited to 3.69 percent in 2026\u201327, compared to 4.31 percent in the previous government\u2019s final year. The average fiscal deficit of the previous government over five years was 4.34 percent, while our government\u2019s three-year average is only 3.94 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agriculture budget 34 percent higher than previous government\u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>He said that the agriculture budget for 2026\u201327 is \u20b91,19,408 crore, which is 34 percent higher than the \u20b989,190 crore in 2023\u201324. In the last two years, about \u20b911,000 crore has been transferred transparently into farmers\u2019 bank accounts under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and CM Kisan Samman Nidhi schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No additional taxes in the budget\u2014<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Sharma said that no additional tax has been imposed in the budget, providing relief to the common people. Steps have been taken to improve ease of doing business, including relief in stamp duty, e-stamp and online\/anywhere registration, and online hearings for GST appellate authorities.
