She directed officials to ensure improved sanitation and better amenities for patients and their attendants, while also ensuring that government healthcare schemes reach beneficiaries effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her visit, Rathore interacted with patients admitted in various wards to gather feedback on the quality of services being provided. At RBM Hospital, she inspected emergency services and instructed staff to ensure timely primary treatment for critical patients along with prompt arrangements in wards. She emphasised the need to enhance multi-specialty services and deliver government healthcare benefits with quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also reviewed drinking water and sanitation facilities, directing authorities to maintain hygiene in surrounding areas and to discourage attendants from spitting gutkha or paan in hospital premises. While inspecting the OPD, she instructed that all required medical tests be conducted on time and that adequate seating arrangements be made near registration counters. She stressed that every patient should fully benefit from free diagnostic tests and free medicine schemes, and where facilities are unavailable, outsourcing should be done promptly to avoid delays. She also directed that necessary improvements be made using funds from the Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During interactions, she sought feedback from patients, including Laxmi Devi and her son Vivek, regarding registration processes and hospital services. In the general ward, she spoke to Shivani from Rupwas about the availability of meals, medicines, and diagnostic services, and instructed doctors to ensure better treatment. She also interacted with patients like Radha from Bharatpur and Amrit Kaur from Bayana to assess treatment facilities. She directed that physiotherapy services be prioritised across local medical institutions for patients in the Ramashray ward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Showing sensitivity during the inspection, Rathore noticed a patient\u2019s relatives near the lift holding a prescription. Upon inquiry, she learned that the patient, Rakhi, required AB-positive blood, which her family could not arrange. She immediately instructed doctors to check blood bank availability and ensure that the required blood was provided without delay, noting that the family had not approached the blood bank due to lack of awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Women\u2019s Hospital, Rathore directed officials to improve cleanliness and ensure better facilities under the \u2018Ma\u2019 scheme. She emphasised providing quality healthcare services to pregnant women and newborns. Inspecting the NICU and PICU wards, she reviewed facilities for newborns and instructed maximum utilisation of available medical equipment.
