He emphasized that the \u201cdouble-engine\u201d government is working with clear policies and strategies to empower young people. He urged youth to work hard to achieve their dreams, assuring them of the government\u2019s full support. He added that the youth of the state are no longer just job seekers but are also becoming job creators. The government, he said, has taken several concrete steps to ensure that young people receive their rightful opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Youth: The Greatest Asset of the Nation<\/strong><br>Addressing participants via video conference at the My Bharat Budget Quest\u2013Rajasthan Youth Dialogue held at the Rajasthan International Centre, Sharma said that youth are the country\u2019s greatest asset and a key pillar of development. Participants thanked the Chief Minister for major decisions such as ensuring transparency in recruitment and introducing a youth policy. He noted that platforms like My Bharat Budget Quest help young people understand economic policies, making them more responsible and informed citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He highlighted that Rajasthan\u2019s youth have demonstrated exceptional talent among more than 75,000 participants. When a young person from a village or small town reaches such a platform, he or she brings hope not only for themselves but also for their family and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empowering Youth Through Jobs and Self-Employment<\/strong><br>The Chief Minister said that while Rajasthan\u2019s youth are setting benchmarks in advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital economy, green technology, and space research, the government is equally committed to safeguarding their interests. After coming to power, the government formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe paper leak cases. As a result, 420 accused involved in dummy candidates, fake degrees, and recruitment irregularities have been arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that over the past two years, more than 351 examinations have been conducted transparently without any paper leaks. The government has also delivered on its promise of providing four lakh jobs, with over 1.25 lakh government jobs already given. Additionally, around three lakh employment opportunities have been created in the private sector. Interest-free loans are also being provided to promote self-employment, enabling youth to become job providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opportunities Across Sectors<\/strong><br>Sharma stated that Rajasthan is a state full of opportunities, with vast potential in solar energy, tourism, agriculture, and dairy sectors. The government aims to make youth self-reliant and active contributors to the vision of a developed Rajasthan. Suggestions from young people were also incorporated into the state budget through pre-budget dialogue programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Focus on Skills and Mental Well-being<\/strong><br>To provide quality skill training, the state has introduced the State Skill Policy-2025. The Rajasthan Youth Policy-2025 aims at holistic personality development and addressing youth concerns. Youth centers have been set up in Kota, Udaipur, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Ajmer to offer career guidance and promote stress-free living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government has also launched the \u2018Raj Mamta\u2019 programme to raise awareness about mental health and improve treatment services. Additionally, the Rajasthan Coaching Centers (Control and Regulation) Act has been implemented to reduce academic stress and support students\u2019 mental well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Union Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, addressing the event, said that under the leadership of Narendra Modi, the country aims to develop one lakh young leaders.
