I am also humbled to stand before all of you today, in this historic city of Gwalior. And, today, we have amidst us the dynamic Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia ji, who is the bridge between Gwalior\u2019s glorious past and its bright future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Friends, we are witnessing a remarkable period of progress in India \u2013 an era of amazing growth. Under the visionary leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, and ably aided by leaders such as Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia ji, India is undergoing a remarkable transformation. As the Civil Aviation Minister, Scindia ji played a vital role in transforming India\u2019s aviation landscape. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, this remarkable transformation across the nation is complemented at the state level by exemplary leaders such as Dr. Mohan Yadav ji. Under him, Madhya Pradesh is becoming a stand-out example of economic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am proud to say that the Adani Group is deeply committed to this great development vision at both the national level and the state level. All these are making Gwalior one of India\u2019s emerging economic centres, attracting investments across sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Adani Defence facility at Gwalior is the country\u2019s largest small arms plant and&nbsp;has&nbsp;positioned&nbsp;Madhya Pradesh as a global hub for small arms manufacturing. And today, I\u2019m proud to announce two more projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Adani Group plans to set up a 2 MTPA cement grinding unit in Guna. The Adani Group is also going to develop a state-of-the-art propellant production facility at Shivpuri. This unit in Shivpuri is strategically&nbsp;aligned with the <em>Aatmanirbharta<\/em>&nbsp;mission of&nbsp;transforming India from a defence importer to a defence exporter.&nbsp;These&nbsp;two projects would result in an investment of INR 3500 crore and&nbsp;create over 3500 direct and indirect jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the Adani foundation, we have impacted 80,000 households and touched 3 lakh lives across Madhya Pradesh through our healthcare, education, sustainable livelihoods and women empowerment initiatives.<br>I am proud to announce, that the Adani foundation will set up a jacket production center in Badarwas, which will be run 100% by women as a part of our women empowerment initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honourable Chief Minister, the optimism we all share about India, Madhya Pradesh and Gwalior in particular is nothing short of exhilarating. The growth potential that is waiting to be tapped is the result of your relentless commitment and drive towards growth and development of the region. You are transforming Madhya Pradesh into our nation\u2019s <em>Mukhya Pradesh<\/em>.
