Srinivas said that good governance and citizen-centric administration are the core drivers for achieving the goal of \u201cViksit Rajasthan@2047.\u201d He emphasized that reforms, flexibility, opportunity-driven thinking, and measurable outcomes are helping Rajasthan emerge as a model of development for the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addressing a discussion on \u201cViksit Rajasthan@2047: Governance Transformed\u201d at the Rajasthan International Centre (RIC) on Saturday, Srinivas stated that the state is uniquely positioned to play a decisive role in India\u2019s journey towards \u201cViksit Bharat@2047.\u201d He highlighted Rajasthan\u2019s strengths, including its natural resources, renewable energy potential, tourism, agriculture, and strategic location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He noted that the state\u2019s development path is based on inclusion, equity, sustainability, and good governance\u2014aligned with the national vision of building a developed, prosperous, and future-ready India by 2047. The \u201cAmrit Kaal\u201d period (2022\u20132047), he said, is a transformative phase to achieve this goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Srinivas stressed the need for an ambitious, result-oriented governance agenda for the next 25 years in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s vision. He said the focus should be on empowering citizens and prioritizing the welfare of the poorest and most marginalized sections, in line with the principle of Antyodaya. The state government, he added, is committed to implementing initiatives aligned with the \u201cPanch Pran.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He explained that the transformation framework is guided by \u201cGYAN\u201d\u2014Garib (poor), Yuva (youth), Annadata (farmers), and Nari Shakti (women). The reform agenda is designed to deliver measurable outcomes for these groups through inclusive growth, improved service delivery, and expanded access to opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Secretary said the \u201cViksit Rajasthan@2047\u201d vision document, launched in October 2025, serves as a practical roadmap to transform Rajasthan into a prosperous and inclusive state. He recalled that Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma had described the document as a clear commitment to building a future-ready Rajasthan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The roadmap is based on a four-pronged approach: nurturing people, strengthening society, building infrastructure and sustainability, and advancing policy, finance, and governance reforms. Key priorities include 100% literacy, skill-based education, universal healthcare access, sustainable water management, smart urbanization, environmental protection, and enhanced opportunities for youth and women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Srinivas said Rajasthan aims to become a $350 billion economy by 2028\u201329 and a $4.3 trillion economy by 2047, driven by agriculture, industrial growth, tourism, green energy, infrastructure, and digital governance. He added that the strategy focuses not only on economic growth but also on improving quality of life through better civic services, seamless connectivity, social security, and accountable administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlighting administrative reforms, he said initiatives like \u201cRaj-Unnati,\u201d AI-enabled service delivery, digitized land records, project monitoring, and grievance redressal systems are transforming governance into a transparent and technology-driven system. Launched in January 2026, \u201cRaj-Unnati\u201d is modeled on the Centre\u2019s PRAGATI platform and represents a shift towards real-time, measurable governance outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also pointed to Rajasthan\u2019s progress in ease of doing business reforms, with over 350 BRAP reforms implemented in 2024 and recognition as a top performer in four business reform areas. The state is further advancing deregulation efforts and promoting an investor-friendly environment through measures like the Rajasthan Jan Vishwas Ordinance 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Citing strong implementation capacity, Srinivas said investment proposals worth \u20b935 lakh crore were signed under \u201cRising Rajasthan 2024,\u201d of which projects worth \u20b98.15 lakh crore have already been grounded.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur, April 2026 : Rajasthan Chief Secretary V.
