Nagpur :<\/strong> Considering the rapid expansion of Kamthi city<\/strong>, a state-of-the-art, fully equipped independent Deputy Commissioner\u2019s office<\/strong> will be established to ensure proper security and administration. This office will include a control room for all CCTV cameras in Kamthi, a war room, ACP office, police station, and parking facilities<\/strong>, making it a model administrative hub. Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule<\/strong> has directed that the planning for this office should be conducted efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He made these remarks at a meeting held at the District Planning Bhavan<\/strong>, which focused on the Kamthi Metro Phase 2 expansion<\/strong>. The meeting was attended by Planning Director Anil Kokate, Metro Project Director Rajiv Tyagi, Deputy Commissioner of Police Nachiket Kadam, Sub-Divisional Officer Sachin Gosavi<\/strong>, and other senior officials. Discussions were also held on the proposal for a new Kamthi Police Metro Station<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Deputy Commissioner\u2019s office<\/strong> will be constructed with a ground floor and two additional floors<\/strong>. Minister Bawankule instructed Metro authorities to allocate funds based on Metro guidelines<\/strong>. The meeting also covered discussions on the Kanhan Metro expansion project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ten-Story Commercial Complex Near Kanhan Metro Station<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To optimize land use<\/strong> for the proposed Kanhan Metro project<\/strong> and provide business opportunities for local traders<\/strong>, a commercial complex will be constructed near the Metro station<\/strong>. Minister Bawankule directed the preparation of a blueprint for this complex<\/strong>, ensuring it caters to the needs of local businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10-story complex<\/strong> will feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Minister Bawankule emphasized that the commercial complex\u2019s design should incorporate all necessary considerations<\/strong> to support the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Safety Kit Distribution Camps for Construction Workers in Every Taluka<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (Mumbai)<\/strong> is committed to the welfare of laborers. To ensure workers have proper safety kits<\/strong> and the necessary utensils for daily sustenance<\/strong>, the government has planned a distribution initiative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To avoid confusion between eligible and ineligible beneficiaries<\/strong>, Minister Bawankule instructed that each taluka should host a three-day camp<\/strong>, allowing the scheme to effectively reach deserving beneficiaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    He also directed that workers should be informed in advance via messages about the time and date of kit distribution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Additionally, a review of the Land Records Department<\/strong> was conducted during the meeting.
