A review meeting regarding the <strong>IPL arrangements<\/strong> was held on Wednesday at the <strong>Collectorate, chaired by the District Collector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Soni instructed officials to <strong>arrange free drinking water<\/strong> for spectators. He also directed the <strong>District Supply Officer and Food Safety Officers<\/strong> to <strong>inspect the quality of food and beverages<\/strong> served during the matches and <strong>ensure cleanliness in temporary kitchens<\/strong> at the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the <strong>District Collector emphasized coordination among all departments<\/strong> to formulate and implement an <strong>effective security and emergency response plan<\/strong>. He directed officials to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Deploy ambulances with trained medical teams at the stadium<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set up medical kiosks at different locations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Appoint civil defense volunteers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ensure uninterrupted power supply<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conduct thorough security checks for spectators<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provide adequate fire safety equipment and firefighting vehicles<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increase awareness among spectators about event guidelines<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>First-Ever Emergency Evacuation Plan Introduced<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Security expert <strong>Phoolchand Chaudhary<\/strong> informed that, for the <strong>first time<\/strong>, a <strong>comprehensive emergency evacuation plan<\/strong> for spectators has been prepared <strong>as per the District Collector\u2019s directive<\/strong>. Additionally, a <strong>block-wise exit strategy<\/strong> and <strong>designated safe zones<\/strong> have been identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For enhanced security at the <strong>Sawai Mansingh Stadium<\/strong>, which has a <strong>seating capacity of 24,000<\/strong>, a <strong>network of 291 CCTV cameras<\/strong> and a <strong>centralized control room<\/strong> have been set up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strict Crowd Management and Parking Arrangements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To <strong>maintain order during IPL matches<\/strong>, <strong>477 security guards<\/strong> will be stationed at key locations for <strong>crowd control and emergency response<\/strong>.
