Radha"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Mumbai <\/strong>: Marking the occasion of Civil Services Day on April 21, the Maharashtra government is set to launch a special training initiative aimed at fostering a culture of skill development among administrative officers and employees. The program also aligns with the Chief Minister\u2019s 100-day agenda, under which over 500,000 government employees have been registered on the Central Government\u2019s iGOT platform \u2014 up from 9,000 in just three months \u2014 to introduce them to modern technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To further this initiative, the Government of Maharashtra has organized a special training program titled <em>\u201cMaharashtra Tech Learning Week \u2013 Tech Wari\u201d<\/em>, scheduled to take place at Mantralaya in Mumbai from <strong>May 5 to May 9, 2025<\/strong>, announced V. Radha, Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Radha stated that the training will feature sessions, workshops, and thought-leadership discussions led by experts in emerging technologies such as <strong>Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and Cybersecurity<\/strong>. The program\u2019s objective goes beyond imparting technical knowledge \u2014 it also aims to promote <strong>mental and physical well-being<\/strong>, stress management, and a <strong>positive outlook<\/strong> among government employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The inaugural event will be held on <strong>Monday, May 5<\/strong>, at the Trimurti premises, while a special session is scheduled for <strong>Tuesday, May 6<\/strong>, in the <strong>conference hall on the sixth floor of Mantralaya<\/strong>. During this session, the Secretary of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, will provide guidance on the theme <em>\u201cDigital Transformation and Innovation in Governance.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each day of the training week will include <strong>dedicated technology sessions<\/strong> for officers and staff at Mantralaya as well as for district-level representatives. Notably, <strong>a distinguished guest speaker<\/strong> will deliver a keynote lecture on a technology-related topic each day.
