Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai\u2019s ‘Sushasan Tihar 2025’ Becomes a Beacon of Hope for the People<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raipur<\/strong> : Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Sushasan Tihar<\/em> (Good Governance Festival) is being celebrated across Chhattisgarh to ensure transparency in the implementation of beneficiary-centric government schemes. As part of this initiative, Samadhan Camps<\/em> (public grievance redressal camps) were organized in Karauli (Lundra block) and Sakalo (Ambikapur block) in Surguja district. During these camps, grievances and demands from the first phase of Sushasan Tihar<\/em> were promptly addressed and resolved, and the outcomes were shared with the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addressing the gathering at the Karauli camp, Lundra MLA Shri Prabodh Minj praised the Chief Minister\u2019s unique initiative, highlighting that the program reflects a people-first approach. He emphasized that Sushasan Tihar<\/em> is ensuring government schemes reach the last mile, and the administration is actively organizing these camps to resolve citizens’ issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

District Collector Shri Vilas Bhonskar personally interacted with beneficiaries whose demands and grievances had been resolved, explaining the solutions in detail. He also handed over Pranam Patras<\/em> (acknowledgment letters) to the beneficiaries through local public representatives. He stated that the government’s initiative to host these grievance redressal camps under Sushasan Tihar<\/em> provides a direct platform for citizens to submit and resolve their issues. Most applications received in the camps were related to ration cards, pensions, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), and caste\/income certificates. The district administration is committed to achieving 100% resolution of received applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to official data, the Karauli cluster camp received a total of 3,851 applications<\/strong>, of which 3,834<\/strong> were resolved on the spot. This included 3,775 demand-related<\/strong> applications and 76 complaints<\/strong>. Out of these, 3,759 demands<\/strong> and 75 complaints<\/strong> were redressed promptly. Only 17 cases<\/strong> remain pending and are currently under process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event in Karauli was attended by Zila Panchayat President Smt. Nirupa Singh, Vice-President Shri Devnarayan Yadav, Lundra Janpad Panchayat President Smt. Krishna Pale, Vice-President Kanchan Jaiswal, Zila Panchayat CEO Shri Vinay Kumar Agrawal, and several other officials and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, in the Sakalo cluster under Ambikapur block, a unified Samadhan Camp<\/em> was organized for 13 Gram Panchayats<\/strong>. A total of 4,235 applications<\/strong> were received, out of which 4,161<\/strong> were resolved. Among these, 4,116<\/strong> were demands and 119<\/strong> were complaints. The administration successfully resolved 4,058 demands<\/strong> and 103 complaints<\/strong>. Only 74 applications<\/strong> remain pending, and appropriate actions are underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
