Villagers were initially surprised to see the Chief Minister suddenly in their midst, but their astonishment soon turned into heartfelt joy. They greeted him warmly with garlands made of gulmohar flowers, a basket of tendu fruits, and a bouquet crafted from local flora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a village assembly held under the shade of a Mahua tree in the middle school campus, CM Sai addressed the residents and said, \u201cI have come to your doorstep to understand how the government is actually working. Please feel free to speak openly about any problems you face.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the interaction, the Chief Minister noticed an overflowing water tank and expressed strong displeasure at the wastage of water. Responding to complaints from the villagers, he reprimanded the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department\u2019s sub-engineer, saying, \u201cEither do your job properly or be ready to face suspension.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Women participants shared that they are utilizing the funds received under the <em>Mahtari Vandan Yojana<\/em> to form self-help groups, engage in organic farming, and sell vegetables in local markets to earn a livelihood. They even gifted the CM a bunch of red amaranthus (lal bhaji) grown with vermicompost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responding to the villagers&#8217; requests, CM Sai announced the renovation of the middle school building and the development of the school playground into a mini stadium. Notably, 179 houses have already been sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for the village to ensure that every needy family gets a roof over their head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This surprise visit by the Chief Minister to Chuktipani was not just a public interaction\u2014it was a clear message that governance doesn&#8217;t just reside in files but is grounded in the soil of the villages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. Subodh Singh, Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. P.
