In his first rally, he sought support for BJP candidate Pramod Kumar Sinha from Raxaul and JDU candidate Vishal Kumar from Narkatiaganj. In the second, he appealed for the re-election of Lauriya MLA and BJP candidate Vinay Bihari, a popular Bhojpuri artist. At his third rally, the CM urged voters to back NDA candidate Pawan Kumar Jaiswal from Dhaka. The rallies drew massive crowds, with Bihar reverberating with chants of “Bulldozer Baba Zindabad.” Targeting the opposition, CM Yogi remarked that “creating anarchy is their birthright.”

Attacking the RJD-Congress alliance, CM Yogi said those who once plunged Bihar into darkness by selling lantern kerosene have now returned to consume people’s rations. He described the election as a choice between good governance and jungle raj. “The same forces that pushed Bihar into caste conflicts, massacres, kidnappings, and loot between 1990 and 2005 are back in a new disguise,” he said. “They spread darkness under the lantern’s dim light, looted homes, and pushed youth into unemployment and crime. Those who once ate fodder now want to eat ration.”

He affirmed that the people of Bihar today stand for development and cultural pride, not caste-based politics and corruption. Drawing parallels with Uttar Pradesh, he said, “Just as we built homes for the poor by seizing mafia property in UP, Bihar too will eliminate crime and Naxalism through good governance.” He added that Home Minister Amit Shah has pledged to eradicate Naxalism from the country by 2026.

In his second rally, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a strong attack on the Congress and RJD, warning that their return to power would halt development and welfare initiatives and bring back the era of jungle raj. He recalled that during their rule, Bihar had become synonymous with lawlessness, where businessmen, engineers, doctors, and even daughters were frequently kidnapped. Instead of taking strict action, the then government chose to appease criminals under the guise of mediation.

CM Yogi said the Grand Alliance lacks the courage to implement a zero-tolerance policy against crime.“Look at Uttar Pradesh,” he remarked. “When bulldozers move against the mafia, even their leaders tremble.” He accused the Congress, RJD, and their allies of protecting rioters, encouraging kidnappings, and nurturing dynastic mafias.

He cautioned voters not to be misled again, recalling that during the RJD-Congress regime, the youth were duped with false promises of jobs while their lands were seized. “Back then, kidnapping had become an industry, and no new ventures were set up,” he said. “Under Nitish Kumar’s leadership, this industry has been shut down.” CM Yogi urged those who had witnessed the dark days of jungle raj, anarchy, and corruption before 2005 to inform the younger generation of that reality.

Highlighting the contribution of the Bhojpuri community, CM Yogi said, “The sweetness of Bhojpuri has spread across the world. Wherever Bhojpuri culture has reached, it has turned barren lands fertile. Artists are a divine gift and must be respected. I even gave up my parliamentary seat from Gorakhpur for Bhojpuri artist Ravi Kishan.”

At his third rally, CM Yogi said that the Congress and RJD had tainted Bihar’s glorious legacy by dividing people along caste lines and pushing the youth into an identity crisis. “They stalled Bihar’s progress, but the masters of infiltrators in Dhaka will now be dealt with,” he asserted. “The youth will no longer be misled by those who thrive on division. Bihar today stands with development and the NDA.”

He noted that the enthusiasm seen among mothers, farmers, and youth during the first phase of polling clearly reflected public confidence in the NDA. “The 65% voter turnout shows that when EVMs open on November 14, the NDA’s slogan will once again resonate across Bihar,” he said.

Emphasizing the state’s progress, CM Yogi said, “Today’s Bihar takes pride in both development and heritage. With expanding road networks, power supply, water facilities, and new medical and engineering colleges, Bihar is shaping a new identity.”

He attacked Congress and the RJD for plotting to create unrest by turning border areas like Dhaka into centers of infiltration, but assured that the NDA would foil such conspiracies. “Batenge Tou Katenge, Ek Rahenge Tou Safe Rahenge,” he said, adding that dynastic mafias have become active again to loot Bihar, but the people will give them a decisive reply.

Massive Crowds at CM Yogi’s Rallies
Bihar witnessed overwhelming crowds at CM Yogi Adityanath’s rallies.
