Srinivas said the state government is continuously working towards the empowerment and holistic development of the poor, women, youth, and farmers. He instructed all officials to ensure the timely implementation of schemes related to their respective departments so that every eligible person receives benefits on time. He also directed the development of a single-window system for the effective execution of schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Secretary issued these directions while chairing a review meeting on Wednesday at the State Secretariat. The meeting focused on the progress of schemes, budget announcements, and financial expenditure of departments such as Social Justice &amp; Empowerment, Women &amp; Child Development, Child Rights, Economics &amp; Statistics, Labour, Minority Affairs, and Tribal Regional Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Srinivas reviewed departmental schemes and provided guidance for their timely and efficient execution. He emphasized that no eligible individual\u2019s pension should be stopped due to delays in receiving a life certificate. He instructed that public health lectures be organized to support children suffering from severe conditions such as autism and neuromuscular disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also reviewed the Nutrition Tracker App and asked the department to study the <em>Buddy Mothers<\/em> program for better care of malnourished children. He directed officials to implement the <em>Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao<\/em> scheme through a focused campaign. He further instructed that ration kits meant for Sahariya tribal families be supplied promptly. The Chief Secretary also reviewed the progress of schemes such as <em>Matru Vandana<\/em> and <em>Janani Suraksha<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional Secretary of the Social Justice &amp; Empowerment Department, Aparna Arora, briefed the meeting on several schemes run by the department, including the Devnarayan Scooty Scheme, Mukhyamantri Divyang Scooty Scheme, Palanhar Scheme, and various pension and scholarship schemes. She informed that pension and subsidy amounts are transferred directly to beneficiaries\u2019 bank accounts through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was attended by Additional Chief Secretary (Skill, Entrepreneurship &amp; Employment) Sandeep Verma, Additional Chief Secretary (Tribal Regional Development) Kunjilal Meena, Principal Secretary (Women &amp; Child Development) Bhawani Singh Detha, Secretary (Statistics Department) Dr. Ravi Kumar Surpur, and other officials from the concerned departments.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur, Nov 2025 : Chief Secretary V.
