27th National Conference on e-Governance: Presentations and Awards

Mumbai : The 27th National e-Governance Conference will be held in Mumbai on September 3rd and 4th, 2024. This conference will feature presentations from various central and state government departments, as well as award winners, through 48 exhibition stalls.

Titled “Developed India: Secure and Sustainable e-Service Delivery,” the two-day event will include six plenary sessions and six mini-sessions. It aims to bring together key stakeholders and leaders from government, academia, awardees, and industry to discuss and promote innovation in e-governance.

The conference is organized in association with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), the Division of Administrative Innovation, Excellence and Good Governance of the General Administration Department of the State Government, and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of the Central Government. It will take place at the Jio World Convention Center, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai.

This year’s awards include gold, silver, and jury awards, with projects selected from 375 nominations across various categories. The theme, “Shaping Secure and Sustainable e-Service Delivery,” highlights the advancement of India’s e-governance initiatives for robust and sustainable e-service delivery.

The conference will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Union Minister of State Dr. Jitendra Singh will present the awards at the concluding session. Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, along with senior officials from DARPG, the Government of Maharashtra, MyJio, NIC, and industry representatives from Nasscom, start-ups, and e-governance experts, will also participate. The 27th NGC will showcase sponsored projects and initiatives by the Central and State Governments, as well as start-ups.
