      Mahakumbh 2025 logo gives the message of economic and religious prosperity Lucknow : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Sunday, unveiled the new multi-coloured logo for Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj. The logo symbolises religious and economic prosperity, with the depiction of the Amrit Kalash, a sacred vessel from the mythological ocean churning. The design features a temple, a seer, an urn, the Akshayvat tree, and an image of Lord Hanuman, representing the confluence of nature and humanity in the Sanatan civilization. It also embodies the continuous flow of self-awareness and public welfare, serving as an inspirational emblem for Mahakumbh 2025. Kumbh Mela, recognized by UNESCO as an ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity,’ is regarded as the world’s largest peaceful gathering of pilgrims. With the motto “Sarvasiddhipradah Kumbhah” (Kumbh bestows all types of spiritual powers), the Maha Kumbh stands as a profound symbol of spiritual significance. The logo for Maha Kumbh, one of the largest festivals globally, has been crafted to reflect its diverse and far-reaching impact, capturing both its spiritual essence and cultural grandeur. Sadhus and saints from all sects across the country participate in the Maha Kumbh in large numbers, symbolized in the logo by a sadhu blowing a conch. Additionally, two sadhus are depicted in a posture of salutation, reflecting the deep reverence of the event. The logo also incorporates key religious sites along the banks of Sangamnagari and represents various traditions of Sanatan Dharma. The Amrit Kalash featured in the design holds profound symbolism: its mouth represents Lord Vishnu, the neck signifies Rudra, the base symbolizes Brahma, the middle part embodies all goddesses, and the water within represents the entire ocean. The Maha Kumbh is a significant social and religious festival that brings together devotees from around the world. As the event is held in Prayagraj, the logo prominently features the city’s most sacred site—the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. A live satellite image of the Sangam is clearly visible in the design, symbolizing the eternal flow of these rivers as a representation of life itself. This inclusion highlights the spiritual and geographical importance of Prayagraj in the Maha Kumbh’s rich tradition.       Greater Noida/Lucknow : The Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida continues to draw significant attention. On the third day, the event witnessed a massive influx of buyers, not only from Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad, but also from other cities, states, and international locations. The strong buyer presence has sparked excitement among participating entrepreneurs, boosting their enthusiasm for the days ahead. An estimated 3.5 lakh people attended the trade show on Friday, with even larger crowds expected over the weekend. With Saturday and Sunday being holidays, many are anticipated to take advantage of the break to visit the International Trade Fair and explore their favorite products. The laser show and Khadi fashion show were the main highlights of the third day, while the cultural evening performances added to the event’s vibrancy. On Friday, the fair witnessed a larger crowd compared to the previous two days. Attendees are enjoying not only the exhibition but also various other programs, including music and fashion shows. The knowledge sessions being held at the event are proving invaluable for entrepreneurs, as they facilitate connections with both domestic and international buyers, greatly boosting the enthusiasm of business owners. The One District, One Product initiative has generated considerable interest, drawing large crowds to stalls that display a wide array of products, including decorations and garments. A comprehensive showcase of Uttar Pradesh’s transformation into an ‘Uttam and Udyam Pradesh’ is on display at the India Expo Mart. This trade show highlights the state’s remarkable progress in industrial and startup sectors, evidenced by the large crowds attending the event. During this period, focus is also being laid on the sectoral policies made in the vision of CM Yogi, under which various types of knowledge sessions are being organized. Exports reached $20.57 billion in last financial year: Sachan During a session titled “Navigating the Global Marketplace: Potential, Challenges, and Strategies for Indian Exporters,” organized by the Federation of Export Organizations (FIEO) on Friday, Rakesh Sachan, Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Khadi and Village Industries, Handloom, and Textiles for the State Government, announced that the state’s exports reached an impressive $20.57 billion in the last financial year. He emphasized that a significant portion of this growth can be attributed to the efforts of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). “The success of these enterprises is significant, as they leverage their creativity and adaptability to thrive in both domestic and international markets.” Uttar Pradesh committed to become a One trillion dollar economy by 2025: Nandi Industrial Development and Export Promotion Minister Nand Gopal Nandi stated that Uttar Pradesh is home to numerous talented artisans and manufacturers whose craftsmanship is celebrated globally. He emphasized that the One District, One Product initiative has enabled each district to leverage its unique strengths, significantly contributing to the state’s economy through local industries. Nandi reaffirmed the state’s commitment to achieving a one trillion dollar economy by 2025. Khadi fashion show highlights UP’s cultural heritage The Khadi fashion show held at the event showcased the rich cultural heritage of Uttar Pradesh, attracting considerable interest from attendees. The stunning display of exquisite sarees and other garments was met with enthusiasm, as the crowd appreciated the artistry and craftsmanship on display. Live demonstration of specific skills On the third day of the International Trade Show, Skill Development Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal visited the pavilion of the Skill Development Mission, encouraging young people to strive for self-reliance. He highlighted that the event not only informs youth about various schemes but also offers them a platform to shape their futures. Through the Skill Development Mission, youth are gaining proficiency in modern technologies, enhancing their employment prospects.       ADG Vishwas Nangre Patil Sir (Anti-Corruption, Maharashtra Police) talks about an incredibly important topic to spread awareness in general population regarding cybercrime of “digital detention”. ‘Digital Detention’ explained in steps: • Imagine if you suddenly received a call from someone posing as a senior police officer (could be a popular one who is often in the news), CBI, or ED saying that you are under investigation for illegal narcotics activity or money laundering. • The call could also be an IVR saying that you are under investigation for an illegal activity prompting you to press further numbers to proceed. Thereby it sounds extremely professional, doesn’t raise any suspicion • You could also be informed that a FedEx parcel containing drugs or illegal passports has been seized. • It’s extremely scary for the victim at the time as the person on the phone does sound authoritative, they will share their badge number to gain your confidence • Victim could also be traumatized by the caller claiming that your child/ loved one is involved in gruesome crime and the only way out is to answer the questions truthfully. • You are immediately put into “digital detention/ online arrest” where you are subjected to strict interrogation online via Skype or WhatsApp calls, even on video, about your alleged involvement in criminal activities • If on Skype video, the set-up is elaborate, right from the display profile picture to the malicious actor’s uniform, it does indeed look like police official’s office. He/ She will also be signing files, asking someone to get your papers, receive a call or two to establish authenticity. • With deepfake technology, they can look like any of us senior officers. All logos are properly in place like Maharashtra Police, Delhi Police etc. • They know your Aadhar card details, bank account details and in some cases even your shares/ MF/ demat account details. You are instructed to immediately liquify your investments and transfer all the money in to an “RBI” account until the investigation concludes • You are prohibited from stepping out of your home, isolated, forbidden from contacting anyone, making calls, talking to family members, attending office or even stepping away from range of cameras from which you are being monitored 24x7. You are literally a prisoner in those confines • This trauma is carried on for a period of few days until you are a wreck from psychological pressure plus your shares/investments are liquified & deposited into your savings account • The moment you transfer the money into so called RBI account for safe keeping for duration of investigation, you have lost your entire life’s savings! This money is actually gone forever. By the time you get out of the shock, the trauma, the money is already transferred via a complex system of channeling via various different countries 100s of such cases of “digital detention” are emerging every single day. Very well-educated persons like Double doctorates, industrialists, journalists have fallen prey to these scams. Below this video, few of the links are posted. Beware everyone, this scam is dangerous, it can drive you to the limits of your sanity. No senior police officer will ever ask you to transfer money to another account, none will use intimidation tactic to allegedly resolve a case involving your loved ones, nobody can stop you from speaking to your family/ lawyer or restrict you from stepping out of your own home.       NITI Aayog released the SDG 2023-24 report on Friday, saying that Uttarakhand has achieved the top rank in the country for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Rising from 9th place in 2019, Uttarakhand made significant progress of states and union territories on social, economic, and environmental factors to secure the top spot jointly with Kerala. While the average national score is 71, Uttarakhand and Kerala scored 79. Bihar was ranked as the worst performer.
