NDMC announces rebate of 10% on Property Tax Bills for the year 2024-25 on the payment on or before 30.06.2024

NDMC Property Tax Department and Cash Branch will remain open on coming Saturday and Sunday for tax collection. 

New Delhi : New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has announced 10% rebate on the property tax bills on payment of tax on or before 30.06.2024. 

It is also informed that Property Tax Department and Cash Branch will also remain open on 29.06.2024 (Saturday) and 30.06.2024 (Sunday) in order to facilitate property tax payers to get 10% rebate. 

Tax Payers of NDMC to deposit the Tax Payments on 29.06.2024 (Saturday) and 30.06.2024 (Sunday) in order to get 10% rebate on their bills. 

NDMC has already issued property tax bills to all the owners and if any tax payer did not receive the bill till date, duplicate bill can be collected from the office of the Account Officer (Tax) at 9th Floor, Room No. 9009, Palika Kendra, New Delhi-110001 between 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. 

Earlier, a Public Notice was given as required under section – 70 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act-1994 to inform all the concerned that the assessment of property tax for the year 2024-25 in respect of all lands and buildings on NDMC on 13.04.2024. 

The aforesaid assessment list is also available on the NDMC website www.ndmc.gov.in. The concerned tax payers may login by using user ID and password, to view details of the property owned.
