Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren inspected the under-construction Kasmar–Barlanga main road in Bokaro district and reviewed the progress and current status of the construction work. During the visit, he examined various sections of the road and obtained information about the progress of the project.

The Chief Minister paid particular attention to the importance and utility of the road for regional connectivity. On his return, he also inspected Sevati Valley to assess its geographical features and the road route.

Improved Road Connectivity to Benefit Local Residents

The Kasmar–Barlanga main road is an important route for transportation in the region. Upon completion, the project is expected to make travel easier for residents of surrounding villages and areas. It will also improve access to education, healthcare, trade and other essential services.

Better road connectivity is expected to give a boost to economic activities in the region. During the inspection, the Chief Minister reviewed both the progress of construction and the existing road conditions affecting local commuters.

Chief Minister Enjoys Tea and Hot Pakoras at a Local Shop

After the road inspection, Chief Minister Hemant Soren visited a local shop at Tinkonia Chowk in Kasmar. Sitting alongside MLA Kalpana Soren, he enjoyed hot tea and freshly prepared pakoras.

The Chief Minister's visit to the local shop attracted considerable attention from people present there. In a relaxed and cordial atmosphere, he interacted with local residents and enquired about their well-being.

Warm Interaction with Local Residents

At Tinkonia Chowk, Chief Minister Hemant Soren held informal conversations with residents to learn about local conditions, everyday life and the availability of public amenities in the area.

MLA Kalpana Soren also interacted with the residents during the visit. People expressed enthusiasm and happiness at meeting the Chief Minister and the MLA in person.
