Jaipur, November 2026 : Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, along with his family, did Diwali festival shopping at Mansarovar's Bada Bazaar on Friday evening on Dhanteras. He purchased earthen lamps, worship materials, rangoli, bandanwar, etc., from street vendors and gave the message of promoting digital payment and Vocal for Local by paying through UPI.
During the shopping, the Chief Minister extended greetings and best wishes for Dhanteras, Chhoti Deepawali, Deepawali, Govardhan Puja, and Bhai Dooj to the local general public, small vendors, and traders. Seeing the Chief Minister shopping among them, the street vendors and the general public expressed happiness. Earlier, upon Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma's arrival at Bada Bazaar located on Kiran Path, the local trade mandal gave him a warm welcome and felicitation.
