Patna, Aug 2026: Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary paid tribute to freedom fighter, educationist and farmer leader late Guru Sahay Lal Ji on his birth anniversary at a state-level commemorative programme organised at the Shri Krishna Memorial Hall complex. The Chief Minister offered floral tributes at his portrait and paid his respects.
On the occasion, Building Construction Minister Leshi Singh, Cooperative Minister Ramkripal Yadav, Science, Technology and Technical Education Minister Sheela Kumari, Chief Minister’s Secretary Sanjay Kumar Singh, Patna Divisional Commissioner Mayank Varavde, District Magistrate Kundan Kumar, Senior Superintendent of Police Kartikeya K. Sharma and several other political and social workers also offered floral tributes at the portrait of late Guru Sahay Lal Ji and paid their respects.
Artists from the Information and Public Relations Department presented programmes including aarti and worship, devotional kirtan, the National Song, the National Anthem, Bihar Geet and patriotic songs on the occasion.
