Anti-Malaria Drive Organized by Lungleiah 20 Bn Assam Rifles
The Commandant of 20 Bn Assam Rifles, Col. Jaswinder Singh, SM (Sena Medal), led an Anti-Malaria Drive at the Lunglawn Camp. The aim of this drive was to control and prevent malaria (sikserh) at the camp.
The event was attended by Deputy Commandant Mr. MM Khama, along with military personnel and civilians. They all participated in the drive with enthusiasm. The camp environment was carefully managed to prevent any potential outbreak, ensuring proper hygiene practices throughout.
Col. Jaswinder Singh, Commandant of 20 Bn Assam Rifles, emphasized the importance of such initiatives, stating that malaria should not be allowed to affect their personnel. This Anti-Malaria Drive was organized across all posts of 20 Bn Assam Rifles.
