No Field in Mandsaur-Neemuch Will Be Deprived of Irrigation: CM Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that every farm in Mandsaur and Neemuch districts will be provided with irrigation facilities. The two major national river linking projects granted by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will benefit the entire Malwa. He added that solar pumps will be provided to farmers, freeing them from electricity bills. Farmers will now produce electricity through solar plants. If they generate surplus, the government will also purchase power from them.
CM Dr. Yadav addressed a public function in Jawad, Neemuch district, after inaugurating the Maharshi Sandipani School. He also performed the inauguration and foundation laying with Bhhomi-Pujan of development works worth Rs. 785 crores. He distributed laptops to meritorious students as well.
The Chief Minister said that the Maharshi Sandipani School building in Jawad is a marvel of modern amenities. The Sandipani School initiative is an ambitious project of the Madhya Pradesh government, launched in line with Prime Minister Modi’s vision to provide world-class quality education to students from underprivileged backgrounds. These schools feature comprehensive infrastructure, including transportation for students commuting from 1 to 15 km. Subject-specific teachers have been appointed alongside music, dance, computer, and physical education teachers, as well as psychologists and career counsellors to ensure the holistic development of students.
Foundation Stone Laid for Suvidhi Rayons Private Limited in Morvan
CM Dr. Yadav also laid the foundation stone for Suvidhi Rayons Private Limited. This project is supposed to play a crucial role in establishing Neemuch as a national and global textile hub. The Unit will generate around 2,000 direct jobs. The unit spans 31 hectares with an investment of Rs. 350 crores. The unit will follow a “Farm to Fashion” model, completing the entire textile process locally, from procuring raw materials from farmers to producing finished fabric. The integrated textile park will include 168 modern looms, 30,000 spindles, and three processing houses. Neemuch is now set to script a new chapter in India’s textile industry, contributing significantly to a self-reliant Madhya Pradesh.
Major Announcements by the Chief Minister
CM Dr. Yadav announced that Sukhanand Dham will be developed as a religious tourism hub. The high school in Tharod will be upgraded to a higher secondary school. The health center in Singoli will be examined and upgraded, and the health center in Jawad will be expanded to a 100-bed hospital.
Dr. Yadav highlighted the success of the Cheetah Project, which has set new records in Madhya Pradesh. The government is also focused on wildlife welfare. Gandhi Sagar will offer employment through wildlife-based tourism and help develop a stronger ecosystem.
At the end of the program, the Chief Minister personally handed over laptops to students who performed exceptionally well in Class 10 and 12.
