Inter-College Quiz Competition Begins at R-CAT

Jaipur, Aug 2025 : A two-day inter-college quiz competition was inaugurated on Wednesday at the Rajasthan Center of Advanced Technology (R-CAT), operated by the Department of Information Technology & Communication.

Teams from 15 colleges across Jaipur are participating in this competition. The quiz includes multiple rounds focused on general knowledge, technical knowledge, and audio-visual-based questions. R-CAT’s Executive Director, Mr. Sanjay Singhal, informed that a knockout round was held on Wednesday, from which six teams were selected for the next round. The semi-final and final rounds will take place on Thursday.

Winners to Receive Cash Awards
The winning team will receive a prize of ₹21,000, the runner-up will get ₹15,000, and the third-place team will be awarded ₹11,000. Mr. Singhal stated that this quiz competition offers an opportunity for talented students from various colleges and universities to showcase their knowledge, learn from each other, and gain exposure to industry-relevant learning processes. It aims to foster knowledge, curiosity, and a competitive spirit among youth, which are essential for shaping their future.
