CM Shinde Orders Immediate Aid for Belapur Building Disaster Victims

Mumbai : Chief Minister Eknath Shinde held discussions with the Navi Mumbai Municipal Commissioner this morning regarding the accident that occurred in Shahabaz Village, Sector 19, Belapur, due to the collapse of a building in the early hours. Chief Minister Shinde issued directives to the Municipal Commissioner to provide immediate assistance to the victims.

Currently in Delhi for the NITI Aayog meeting, Chief Minister Shinde spoke with Municipal Commissioner Kailas Shinde over the phone before the meeting to get details about the building disaster.

Following the collapse, the administration promptly initiated rescue operations. Chief Minister Shinde instructed that all necessary facilities, including urgent medical treatment, healthcare services, food, water, clothing, and temporary shelter, should be immediately made available to the disaster victims.
