CM Attends 1008-Kund Hanuman Mahayagya, Highlights Importance of Yagya in Indian Culture

Jaipur, January 2026: Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma on Thursday attended the 1008-Kund Hanuman Mahayagya and Shri Ram Katha at Neendar on Sikar Road. In the presence of Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya Ji, he, along with his family, offered oblations into the sacred fire with Vedic chants, praying for the welfare of the world.

The Chief Minister said that Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj has made a significant contribution to the preservation and promotion of Indian culture and the Sanatan tradition. He stated that in Indian culture, actions are performed through yagya in accordance with the spirit of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.” This yagya conducted by Swami Rambhadracharya Ji is extremely important for global welfare and the development of the state. He added that yagyas strengthen harmony and positive sentiments in society.

Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj said that the yagya is being performed with the aspiration of making India the world’s largest economic power. He noted that the yagya has been organised to make the nation united, invincible, and strong, as well as to fulfil the wishes of all devotees. Maharaj Ji also prayed for the prosperity and progress of the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma.
