- Discusses investment, setting up industries and employment generation in Rajasthan
Aug 2026 : Jaipur, August 9: Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said that the state government has taken important decisions to promote ease of doing business in Rajasthan. These measures have strengthened the confidence of industrialists and investors and helped attract investment to the state. During the meeting, he discussed investment opportunities in Rajasthan and plans for expansion across various industrial sectors.
The Chief Minister held discussions with industrialists and investors during a high-level meeting in Bengaluru on Sunday. He said the business-friendly environment in the state offers immense investment opportunities in manufacturing, technology, infrastructure and the services sector. Rajasthan’s industrial policies, strong infrastructure, improved logistics connectivity, availability of skilled human resources and transparent processes are encouraging both the establishment of industrial units and greater investment in the state.
Various investors discussed with the Chief Minister their plans to establish new manufacturing units and expand their existing operations. Key proposals included semiconductor and AI-based manufacturing units, aerospace and defence component manufacturing facilities, copper processing and value-addition projects, integrated industrial parks for MSMEs, bio-energy and agri-innovation parks, technical textile manufacturing units, footwear production facilities, a cold-chain and refrigeration manufacturing ecosystem, rubber recycling projects, tourism and hospitality ventures, and Global Capability Centre operations.
