Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harsh Sanghavi, Chief Secretary Shri Manoj Kumar Das, State Police Chief Shri Gyanendra Singh Malik and Other Dignitaries Grace the Occasion
Gandhinagar, October 2026: Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel attended the Navratri Garba Mahotsav at Ahmedabad IPS Mess and participated in the Maha Aarti.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harsh Sanghavi was also present.
The CM and the DyCM sought Maa Amba's blessings and performed the aarti of Maa Jagdamba. They extended Navratri greetings to police officers and their families.
On this occasion, senior officials, including Chief Secretary Shri Manoj Kumar Das, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Sanjeev Kumar, State Police Chief Shri Gyanendra Singh Malik, DG (CID Crime) Dr. K. L. N. Rao, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests Dr. Jaipalsinh, and Ahmedabad Police Commissioner Shri Anupam Singh Gehlot, were also present. IPS officers celebrated Navratri with their family members.
The festival featured traditional Raas-Garba performances by Motipura Folk Heritage and Kutchhi fusion folk dances. The Vyas Bandhu (Vyas Brothers) added to the festive spirit with traditional and contemporary Raas-Garba performances.
