Major Initiative by Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade: State-Level Career Guidance Fair in Surajpur‘ Physics Guru’ Nitin Vijay to Share the Mantra for Student Success
Raipur, January 2026 : In line with the Chhattisgarh government’s vision of a “Safe and Successful Future,” a state-level career guidance programme is being organised in Surajpur district on the initiative of Minister for Women and Child Development and Social Welfare, Smt. Laxmi Rajwade. On Saturday, January 31, a grand event titled ‘Kapidhwaj – Career Guidance Programme 2026’ will be held at Bhatgaon Ground, where more than 6,000 students will participate and receive guidance from nationally renowned career experts.
The objective of the programme is to provide students with timely and accurate direction regarding competitive examinations, career selection, and goal setting. Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade stated that the government is committed to ensuring that every student in the state receives proper guidance to help turn their dreams into reality.
Interaction with a National-Level Career Guru
The chief speaker of the programme will be the country’s well-known educationist, popular as the ‘Physics Guru,’ and founder of Motion Education (Kota), Shri Nitin Vijay (NV Sir). He will guide students by sharing his experiences on strategies for success in competitive examinations, effective career planning, and building self-confidence.
Wide Participation; Preparations in the Final Stage
Students from schools and colleges in Surajpur district as well as neighbouring regions will take part in this state-level event. Preparations to make the programme well-organised and inspiring are in the final stages, with coordinated efforts by the district administration and the Kapidhwaj team. This event is expected to serve as a source of inspiration not only for Surajpur but for students across Chhattisgarh, while also providing a new direction toward educational empowerment in the state.
