e-Bicycles will Empower Karmayogi Women: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Distributes Free e-Bicycles to ‘Karmayogi’ Sisters in Ujjain

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the country has been progressing continuously. He stated that the Madhya Pradesh Government is committed to accelerating women’s empowerment so that all mothers and sisters in the state may attain happiness, prosperity, and dignity in their lives.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that rising global fuel prices have enhanced the importance of alternative energy sources, and the free e-bicycles provided to women karmayogi sisters would serve as a means of empowerment for them. He added that in the current global energy crisis, electric vehicles are the best option.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav addressed a public gathering in Ujjain after distributing e-bicycles to 40 women ‘Karmayogi’ sisters on Tuesday. The bicycles were provided by the Ujjain District Administration through CSR funds. The Chief Minister appreciated the efforts of the company that provided the e-bicycles and congratulated the beneficiary women.

Madhya Pradesh Ranked No. 1 in Water Conservation through Public Participation

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that for the third consecutive year, the state government is accelerating development projects towards water conservation. Under the Jal Ganga Samvardhan Mahabhiyan, works worth more than Rs. 10,000 crore are being undertaken from Gudi Padwa till June 30. These include restoration and rejuvenation of rivers, ponds, lakes, wells and Baodis (stepwells). Special activities are also being carried out at the river origins. He said that Madhya Pradesh has secured the top position in water conservation efforts. It is all due to the hard work and active participation of the people of the state.

People of All Communities Respected the Bhojshala Verdict

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Ganga Dussehra festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Bhojshala in Dhar. He stated that people from all sections of society, including both Hindu and Muslim communities, have respected the High Court’s verdict regarding Bhojshala. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that while there may be differences of opinion regarding the construction of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the Bhojshala issue in Dhar, the state government is successfully implementing the court’s decision.
