Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai Personally Assists Beneficiaries by Distributing Spectacles at Su-Shasan Tihar Camp

Raipur, May 2026: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday actively participated in the Su-Shasan Tihar (Good Governance Festival) grievance redressal camp held at Karhi Bazar in Baloda Bazar district, where he personally assisted beneficiaries by helping them wear prescription spectacles.

During the event, the Chief Minister visited various departmental stalls set up at the camp and reviewed the delivery of government schemes and public services.

At the health department stall, CM Sai personally handed over and helped 76-year-old Govardhan Dhruv, 65-year-old Anupkunwar Pal, and two school students, Sanjay Chakradhari (Class VI) and Jaisen, put on their new spectacles.

The beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister, saying the glasses would significantly improve their ability to read, study, and carry out daily activities with ease.

The initiative drew attention as the Chief Minister was seen directly engaging with citizens and ensuring on-the-spot delivery of welfare services under the public outreach programme.

CM Sai stated that the objective of the state government is to extend healthcare facilities to the last mile, ensuring that needy citizens receive timely treatment and essential support.

He further instructed officials present at the camp to ensure that the benefits of health-related government schemes are delivered to the maximum number of eligible people without delay.

The Su-Shasan Tihar initiative continues to focus on improving governance through direct public interaction, grievance redressal, and on-the-spot delivery of welfare services across the state.
