Inauguration of Grand Shiva Srishti and Bhima Srishti in Jamner in the Presence of Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis

Jalgaon : “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Hindu Swarajya, is our idol. We draw inspiration from his work and ideas. Similarly, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution and a Bharat Ratna recipient, introduced us to the principles of liberty, equality, and fraternity. I am proud that monuments to these two exemplary figures have been erected in Jamner,” said Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

He was speaking at the dedication ceremony of the Shivsmarak (Shiva Srishti) and Bhimsmarak (Bhima Srishti) as part of the Sonbardi hill complex development in Jamner. Fadnavis remarked, “The grand Shiva Srishti, dedicated to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and Bhima Srishti, honoring Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, are remarkable achievements. In times when our faith, nation, and religion are being attacked, it is inspiring to remember the great contributions of Shivaji Maharaj, who fought valiantly to establish Swaraj. The creation of such a grand monument in the 350th year of Shivaji’s coronation is a matter of great pride. Likewise, Dr. Ambedkar gave us the values of liberty, equality, and fraternity through the Constitution, and Bhima Srishti will serve as a reminder of his monumental contribution.”

The Deputy Chief Minister also emphasized the government’s commitment to improving the lives of farmers, laborers, and women, following the principles of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Rural Development Minister Girish Mahajan expressed that the longstanding dream of the people of Jamner to have a grand monument dedicated to both Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has been fulfilled.
