Arunachal Governor Unveils New APPSC Logo at Raj Bhavan Ceremony

ITANAGAR: In a significant event at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt. General KT Parnaik (Retd.) unveiled the new logo of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). The ceremony was attended by APPSC Chairman Prof. (Dr.) Pradip Lingfa, Col. Koj Tari (Retd.), Jalash Pertin (Retd.), and Secretary Parul Gaur Mittal, IRS.

During his address, Governor Parnaik emphasized the critical role the State Public Service Commission plays in shaping Arunachal Pradesh’s future through public services. He underscored the importance of fairness, transparency, and sustainability in the Commission’s operations, which he said are essential for producing positive outcomes for the state.

The Governor urged APPSC members to uphold the highest ethical standards and avoid conflicts of interest. He stressed that transparency should guide all decisions made by the Commission, with merit as the sole criterion for selection processes. His advisory remarks called for a commitment to these principles to ensure the Commission’s credibility and effectiveness.

Governor Parnaik praised the new logo, describing it as imaginative and inspiring. He expressed hope that it would instill a renewed sense of vision and dedication among APPSC members and officials, enabling them to meet the expectations of Arunachal Pradesh’s youth.

The APPSC Chairman and other members provided a brief overview of the Commission’s operations, reaffirming their dedication to maintaining its integrity and honor.

The newly unveiled logo symbolizes the Commission’s motto, “Karmnishtha Yogyata Nishpaksha” (Fairness and Merit), and reflects the aspirations of the people of Arunachal Pradesh, aligning with the principle of “Satyamev Jayate” (Truth Alone Triumphs) as a beacon of trust.
