Review Meeting Held at Newly Constructed Municipality Kudi Bhagtasani Under Chairmanship of Parliamentary Affairs Minister

Jaipur : A review meeting was held on Sunday in the auditorium of the newly constructed municipality of Kudi Bhagtasani, Jodhpur district, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Law, and Legal Affairs, Shri Jogaram Patel.

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister stated that Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma has dedicated a historic budget to the people of the state. The state government is committed to the comprehensive and sustainable development of the state. This budget has provided many gifts to Kudi Bhagtasani, including its establishment as a new municipality, upgrading the primary health center to a community health center, and new satellite hospitals in Vivek Vihar and Sangariya.

Our Goal Is to Develop Kudi as a Model Municipality—

Shri Patel mentioned that the goal is to develop Kudi as a model municipality. He stated that a new bus terminal will be constructed in Kudi to ensure proper public transportation arrangements in the area.

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister noted that due to the Pali Marwar Industrial Corridor, this area is progressing toward becoming an industrial hub. He suggested that just as cities like Noida have emerged as alternatives in the suburban boundaries of Delhi, Kudi could similarly emerge as an alternative for Jodhpur.

Community Health Center and Satellite Hospital Will Provide Better Healthcare Services to Residents—

Shri Patel highlighted that Kudi is a densely populated area, and to ensure better healthcare services for residents, infrastructure development will be prioritized at the community health center and satellite hospital in Sangariya, strengthening the area’s healthcare infrastructure.

Instructions Issued to Open a Grievance Redressal Center—

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister instructed the Public Works Department officials to begin the construction work for the new subdivision and tehsil office buildings. He also directed the municipal officials to open an integrated grievance redressal center and instructed the Jodhpur Development Authority officials to install streetlights throughout the area in a phased manner and ensure their proper maintenance.

Officials to Conduct Regular Public Hearings—

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister directed the Sub-Divisional Officer to conduct regular public hearings. He also instructed the Public Health and Engineering Department officials to ensure adequate water supply in the area.
