Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis Meets President and Vice President
New Delhi : Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis paid a courtesy visit to President Smt. Droupadi Murmu and Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar in New Delhi today.
This marks Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’s first official visit to Delhi after assuming office as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Upon his arrival in Delhi, Chief Minister Fadnavis visited Rashtrapati Bhavan and met President Droupadi Murmu. As a gesture of respect, he presented her with an idol of Maharashtra’s revered deities, Vitthal and Rukmini, and sought her blessings.
Following this, Chief Minister Fadnavis proceeded to the residence of Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar. There, he honored the Vice President by presenting him with an idol of Vitthal and Rukmini and sought his blessings as well.
