Siaha DC Distributes Assistance on the Occasion of Christmas and New Year
Siaha : Today at 11:00 AM, the Deputy Commissioner of Siaha District, Pu VL. Hruaizela Khiangte, distributed financial assistance on behalf of Mizoram Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati. The distribution took place in his office chamber and benefitted six different homes providing care for the underprivileged and those in need in Siaha District.
Each of the six homes received ₹10,000/- as a gesture to mark the festive season of Christmas and the New Year, with a total of ₹60,000/- being distributed.
Additionally, the Deputy Commissioner also distributed one quintal of rice to each home as part of the Christmas provision, ensuring the homes could celebrate the occasion with adequate supplies.
