“Modi 3.0: Cabinet Portfolios Revealed!”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has retained 34 ministers from his previous Cabinet, including 19 Cabinet ministers, as he begins his third term. Prominent leaders such as Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman, and S. Jaishankar have kept their previous portfolios. The new Council of Ministers was unveiled a day after the swearing-in ceremony, where a total of 71 leaders from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) took the oath of office. The restructured ministries reflect Modi’s vision and priorities for his third tenure as Prime Minister.

The Telugu Desam Party, a key NDA member, secured the Union Civil Aviation Ministry with Ram Mohan Naidu in charge. Another key ally, Janata Dal (United), got the Panchayati Raj Ministry, headed by Rajiv Ranjan Singh, also known as Lalan Singh.

In total, the government includes 30 ministers in the Union Cabinet. Additionally, there are 5 Ministers of State with independent charge and 36 Ministers of State.
