Environment Minister Pankaja Munde Extends Eco-Friendly Holi Wishes to Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Ministers

Mumbai : Emphasizing the importance of celebrating Holi and Dhulivandan in an environmentally friendly manner, Environment and Climate Change Minister Pankaja Munde extended her eco-friendly Holi wishes to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. As part of this initiative, she gifted them a set of five eco-friendly colors, encouraging the celebration of a green and sustainable Holi.
Holi, Dhulivandan, and Rangpanchami are widely celebrated festivals in the state. Raising awareness about the use of natural and eco-friendly colors is essential to protect the environment. The State’s Environment and Climate Change Department, along with the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, has appealed to people to celebrate an eco-friendly Holi, Dhulivandan, and Rangpanchami. Minister Pankaja Munde also urged citizens to adopt sustainable practices while celebrating these festivals.
As part of this initiative, Minister Munde personally visited Chief Minister Fadnavis at his official residence, Sagar, and met Deputy Chief Ministers Shinde and Pawar at the Vidhan Bhavan, presenting them with eco-friendly color sets and extending her best wishes for a green Holi.
