Preserve the Values Taught by Lord Shri Ram – CM Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai : Lord Shri Ram is our national icon and the epitome of righteousness. His life represents the highest standards of moral values. We must strive to uphold the values that Lord Shri Ram stood for, said Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

He was speaking at the pran-pratishtha (consecration) and inauguration ceremony of Sanjog Devasthan in Mankhurd. On this occasion, MLC Pravin Darekar, Editor of Tarun Bharat Kiran Shelar, President of Sanjog Society Navnath Ban, along with a large number of residents and citizens were present.

Chief Minister Fadnavis said that when we observe Lord Shri Ram’s life, we call him a Yugpurush—a man who defined an era. He ushered in a new age with his conduct and actions. We believe Lord Shri Ram was a divine incarnation. If he wished, he could have defeated Ravan through miracles. But instead, he united the people of society, inspired a sense of courage and victory among them, and awakened their pride and self-respect. That collective spirit led to the defeat of evil forces.

Even an ordinary person, when walking on the path of truth, can overcome any evil, no matter how powerful or demonic it may seem. That is why we must try to walk the path of truth shown by Lord Shri Ram, the Chief Minister emphasized. He also extended his best wishes to the residents of Sanjog Society.
