Deputy Government Chief Whip Pu W. Chhuanawma Visits Chhanchhuahna Home

Khawzawl : At around 3:30 PM today, Tuichang MLA and Deputy Government Chief Whip Pu W. Chhuanawma visited Chhanchhuahna Home, a shelter for destitute and neglected individuals located in Zuchhip.

During his visit, MLA Pu W. Chhuanawma expressed his appreciation for the home and encouraged the residents, acknowledging their strength and determination to rebuild their lives. He stated that their desire to live with dignity and in better conditions was admirable, and emphasized the importance of continuing support for their needs. He assured them that efforts would be made to provide the necessary assistance. On this occasion, he also donated a table tennis board to Chhanchhuahna Home.

The event was chaired by Chhanchhuahna Home Speaker Pu Aldrin V. Zomuanthanga, who expressed deep gratitude for the MLA’s visit. He also highlighted various needs of the home, such as the requirement for better fencing. Khawzawl DC Pu K. Vanlalthiana also spoke during the program, expressing thanks on behalf of the home and urging continued support for the residents in their journey towards recovery and dignity.
