Pharma sector set to soar in Uttar Pradesh with state-of-the-art park coming up in Lalitpur
Lucknow / Kanpur : Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh is steadily advancing towards its goal of becoming a one trillion-dollar economy. In line with this mission, the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is launching the Industrial Plot Allotment Scheme to establish a cutting-edge Bulk Drug and Formulations Pharma Park in Lalitpur. The scheme will be officially rolled out on April 21.
The allotment rate for industrial plots has been set at ₹1,914 per square meter to attract investors. Additionally, a 2% rebate will be offered on the total cost to units opting for one-time payment after allotment.
The Pharma Park is being developed with state-of-the-art infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and global competitiveness.
Key features include wide internal roads for seamless movement, dedicated logistics and commercial zones, boundary fencing for enhanced security, stormwater drainage systems, an emergency service center, an advanced waste management system with a 3.53 TPD capacity, a steam distribution network with 75 TPH capacity, and a 33/11 kV sub-station ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted power supply.
Lalitpur’s excellent connectivity enhances its appeal as a premier industrial destination:
Road: Direct access to MDR 35B; NH 44 (44 km) and NH 539 (31 km) are nearby.
Rail: Tikamgarh Railway Station (35 km) and Lalitpur Railway Junction (50 km) provide extensive rail connectivity.

The application process is fully online, and all information—including plot listings, terms and conditions, and application forms—is available on UPSIDA’s official portals: www.niveshmitra.up.nic.in and www.onlineupsida.com. Allotments will be carried out through a transparent and fair procedure.
