“Tech Wari: Maharashtra Tech Learning Week” to Be Inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar

Training Week for Government Officials and Employees from May 5 to 9 – Additional Chief Secretary V. Radha

Mumbai – In an effort to enhance the skill sets of administrative officers and employees and to foster a culture of training, “Tech Wari: Maharashtra Tech Learning Week” will be observed at the Mantralaya from May 5 to 9. The initiative will offer sessions and workshops on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and brainstorming, informed Additional Chief Secretary of the General Administration Department, V. Radha.

The event will be inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The valedictory ceremony will be held on May 9 at 3:00 PM, in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

‘Tech Wari’ marks the state government’s first digital pilgrimage, blending modern technology with innovative ideas. Starting from the Mantralaya, the event aims to spread technological awareness across all corners of Maharashtra, laying the foundation for a tech-savvy state. The week-long event includes sessions on AI, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity, along with workshops on stress management, healthy living, and mindfulness. Day 1 – May 5, 2025

  • Trimurti Auditorium: “Effective & Stress-Free Living” by motivational speaker Gaur Gopal Das (11:00 AM).
  • Conference Hall, 6th Floor: Lecture on “Frontier Technologies for Developed Maharashtra” by Ms. Debjani Ghosh from NITI Aayog (2:00–3:00 PM).
  • Committee Room 3, 7th Floor: “Digitizing Government Workflows” by Mandar Kulkarni from Microsoft and NASSCOM (3:00–4:00 PM).
  • Conference Hall, 6th Floor: “Artificial Intelligence” by Abhishek Singh, Additional Secretary, Ministry of IT, New Delhi (4:00–5:00 PM).

Day 2 – May 6, 2025

  • Conference Hall, 6th Floor: “Effective Use of Technology” by Agriculture Commissioner Suraj Mandhare and Co-CEO Dr. Vikas Naik (11:30 AM–12:30 PM).

  • Trimurti Campus: “Healthy Living” by nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar (2:00–3:00 PM).
  • Sahyadri Guest House: “Redefining Governance with Frontier Tech” by S. Krishnan, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and IT (3:00–4:00 PM).

  • Committee Room 3, 7th Floor: “Becoming Digitally Aware” by Prajakta Talwelkar, Suchi Gupta, and Rahul Mulane from NASSCOM (11:30 AM–12:30 PM).
  • Trimurti Campus: “Jnanachi Wari” – a cultural program celebrating Maharashtra’s saint traditions and devotion (12:30–2:30 PM).
  • Closing Ceremony: Concludes at 3:00 PM in the presence of CM Devendra Fadnavis.

As part of the “Food That Heals” initiative, daily nutritious and traditional recipes will be featured, along with presentations from 24 different startups across diverse sectors.
