Adv. Anil Parab wins Mumbai Graduate Constituency with 44,784 votes – Divisional Commissioner and Election Returning Officer, P. Velrasu.
Navi Mumbai, Dt. 01: The counting of votes for the annual election of the Mumbai Graduate Constituency of the Vidhan Parishad was conducted peacefully today at Agri Koli Sanskriti Bhavan in Nerul. A total of 28 tables were set up for vote counting. In this election, 67,644 voters cast their votes. Out of these, 64,222 votes were valid, and 3,422 votes were invalid. The fixed quota for winning was 32,112 votes.
The votes received by the candidates are as follows:
- Adv. Anil Vijaya Dattatraya Parab, Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray Shiv Sena: 44,784 (Victory)
- Kiran Ravindra Shelar, Bharatiya Janata Party: 18,772
