Felicitation Ceremony Organized by the Bombay High Court
Mumbai : Chief Justice of India Bhushan Gavai emphasized that in the face of various challenging situations, it is important to approach each new subject with honesty and humility—like a student eager to learn.
He was speaking at a felicitation ceremony organized in his honor by the Bombay High Court at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai. The event was graced by Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court Alok Aradhe, and Justices Dipankar Datta, Prasanna Varale, Ujjal Bhuyan, Atul Chandurkar, and Tejaswini Gavai.
During the event, Chief Justice Gavai inaugurated the High Court’s new live streaming facility and Wi-Fi services, aimed at increasing transparency and accessibility for the public.
Justice Gavai remarked that while working in any profession, it is vital to act with dedication and a strong sense of integrity. He noted that senior professionals have a responsibility to positively guide and empower the younger generation by nurturing their inherent talents. He also stressed the importance of maintaining a work-life balance.
He expressed confidence that the new technological advancements introduced by the Bombay High Court would be greatly beneficial to the public.
Justices Dipankar Datta, Prasanna Varale, Ujjal Bhuyan, and Atul Chandurkar also shared their thoughts, commending Chief Justice Bhushan Gavai’s distinguished career and his contributions to the judiciary.
