Jaipur – Rajasthan’s Water Resources Minister, Shri Suresh Singh Rawat, held a public grievance hearing on Sunday at the Ajmer Circuit House. Citizens from various regions presented their individual, social, and local issues directly before the Minister.

During the public hearing, a wide range of issues were raised, including concerns related to water supply, irrigation, roads, drainage, electricity, land disputes, revenue matters, pensions, housing schemes, unemployment, and scholarships. Minister Rawat attentively listened to each grievance and issued on-the-spot instructions to the concerned departmental officials for immediate action.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Rawat reiterated the state government’s commitment to public welfare. He emphasized that resolving each individual’s problem is a top priority. He stated that all departments have been clearly instructed that negligence or delay in addressing grievances will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

He further directed officials to resolve issues in a timely and transparent manner. In cases that require field visits, he urged officers to conduct on-site inspections themselves. Citizens should be kept informed about the progress of their complaints, he added.

Several issues raised during the hearing were resolved immediately on the spot, creating an atmosphere of satisfaction and trust among the attendees.
