Farewell to Governors ACS Shri Gupta

A heartfelt farewell was accorded to the Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor, Shri K.C. Gupta, upon his transfer, at an event held in the Jawahar Block of Raj Bhavan. On this occasion, a warm welcome was also extended to the newly appointed Principal Secretary, Dr. Navneet Mohan Kothari.

ACS Shri Gupta shared his experiences from his tenure at Raj Bhavan and expressed gratitude to all officials for their efficiency and successful execution of various events. He described his time at Raj Bhavan as unforgettable.

Shri Umashankar Bhargava, Additional Secretary to the Governor, along with other officials, also recalled memorable moments from Shri Gupta’s tenure. Raj Bhavan staff and officers presented him with floral bouquets and congratulated him warmly.
