Transparent, Accountable and Sensitive Governance Bringing Positive Change in People’s Lives : CM Bhajanlal Sharma

Jaipur, Sept 2025:Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said that the government’s objective is to ensure that every individual receives immediate relief through welfare schemes and that all essential facilities and services reach the last person in a timely manner. He emphasized that a transparent, accountable, and sensitive system has been developed in the state, which is bringing a positive transformation in people’s lives.

CM Sharma was addressing the regular Jan Sunwai (public hearing) at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday. Giving priority to vulnerable groups, he first listened to the grievances of women, senior citizens, and differently-abled persons, and directed officials to provide them with prompt relief. He instructed officers to obtain regular updates from concerned departments on each case and keep the complainants informed about the progress of their grievances. He further directed that disputes be resolved with mutual understanding to provide immediate relief to petitioners.

The Chief Minister instructed that district administrations should hold regular public hearings to prevent unnecessary hardship to citizens. He underlined that every issue concerning public welfare must be treated as a top priority and warned that any negligence in this regard would not be tolerated.

During the hearing, CM Sharma personally addressed grievances related to Social Justice and Empowerment, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Home, Revenue, Irrigation, Transport, Animal Husbandry, Jaipur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Education, Health, Drinking Water, MGNREGA, Energy, and other departments, ensuring on-the-spot redressal in several cases.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister also released posters of upcoming programs organized by various social organizations. A large number of public representatives and citizens were present at the event.
