SP sheltered butchers, BJP honored Gau Mata: Brajesh Pathak
Lucknow, Sept 2025 : Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak said that the people of the state have been watching the restlessness of the Samajwadi Party (SP) for quite some time. Attacking SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, he said that the SP chief has forgotten that during his government’s rule, criminals were openly protected and illegal slaughterhouses operated without a check.
Criticizing sharply, Brajesh Pathak said that during the SP government, Gau Mata was slaughtered openly, and butchers enjoyed government protection. “It was the Samajwadi Party that gave protection to butchers, and the party that protected Gau Mata is BJP,” said Dy CM Brajesh Pathak.
Referring to the case in Gorakhpur, the Deputy CM said that Raheem was arrested within 24 hours, which shook the ground beneath the SP chief. He taunted that for the sake of vote bank politics, Akhilesh Yadav is backing a criminal.
Brajesh Pathak further said that under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath, criminals will no longer be showered with flowers. “If criminals open fire at police, they will also respond in the same manner and intensity. Today, criminals have either fled the state or are rotting in jails,” said the Dy CM.
The Deputy CM remarked sarcastically that the hunger for power is not letting the Samajwadi Party sleep peacefully. He said that God has given SP its punishment, and now they will never get power again.
Brajesh Pathak said that since 2017, the security situation in the state has completely changed.”During the SP’s rule, daughters were afraid to step outside after 5 PM, and traders were subjected to extortion. Goons and mafia roamed openly, waving guns on the streets. Today, our daughters are safe. Even at midnight, they commute without fear. Traders are doing business peacefully. This secure environment can be seen across the entire state,” said Brajesh Pathak.
Highlighting the achievements of his government, Brajesh Pathak said that since 2017, more than 240 crore saplings have been planted, leading to an increase of over 550 square kilometers of forest area. He said that today in Uttar Pradesh, forests are safe, daughters are safe, and Gau Mata are safe. The common people are living in a secure environment.
The Deputy CM said that the BJP government does not practice caste-based politics or appeasement. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government has worked on the mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. The effort has transformed Uttar Pradesh’s image from a BIMARU state to placing it among the leading states.
The Dy CM stated that his government will spare neither butchers nor criminals. This is not a government that tries to please any particular religion or community, but one that provides a secure environment and equal opportunities to all 25 crore people of the state.
