Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will participate in a property registration drive under the Mukhyamantri Registry Yojana at Karua village in Morena on Friday, November 6, on the occasion of Dhanteras. Assembly Speaker Shri Narendra Singh Tomar will also attend the programme.
A special campaign is being conducted across Madhya Pradesh on Dhanteras to strengthen the implementation of the Mukhyamantri Registry Yojana. Under the campaign, 100% registration of eligible properties will be undertaken in selected villages in the presence of ministers, MPs and MLAs. More than 17.09 lakh property registrations have been completed in the state under the Swamitva Yojana so far. The State Government has set a target of completing 20 lakh registrations by November 15.
Rural Families to Receive Legal Ownership Rights Over Their Properties
Under the Mukhyamantri Registry Yojana, houses and other properties located in rural abadi areas are being surveyed, and eligible beneficiaries are being provided with record-of-rights documents and property ownership records. This will grant rural families legal ownership rights over their properties and make it easier for them to access bank loans and other financial facilities.
