Kolkata; August 2026: Kolkata Metro Railway will operate modified services on Blue, Green and Yellow Lines on the occasion of Janmashtami, on 04.09.2026 (Friday), which has been declared a holiday.
BLUE LINE -
Metro Railway will run 252 services (126 UP + 126 DN) on Blue Line on Janmashtami.
There will be no change in the timings of the first and last Metro services.
GREEN LINE -
Metro Railway will run 212 services (106 UP + 106 DN) on Green Line on Janmashtami.
There will be no change in the timings of the first and last Metro services.
YELLOW LINE -
Metro Railway will run 92 services (46 UP + 46 DN) on Yellow Line on Janmashtami.
There will be no change in the timings of the first and last Metro services.
PURPLE LINE -
Normal Metro services will be available on Purple Line.
ORANGE LINE –
Normal Metro services will be available on Orange Line.
