Jaipur, October 2026: The camps organised by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) under the Rajasthan government’s Seva Setu Campaign–2026 have concluded, providing prompt relief to citizens through the timely delivery of various services. During the campaign, the JDA resolved a total of 3,774 cases.
JDA Commissioner Siddharth Mahajan said applications related to leasehold land allotment deeds were processed swiftly at the camps. In several cases, leasehold deeds were issued within just one hour of the application being submitted, providing immediate relief to applicants and eliminating unnecessary waiting time.
He said the Seva Setu Campaign aimed to make public services simpler, more accessible and time-bound. Along with expediting the resolution of applications received at the camps, special emphasis was placed on ensuring that citizens did not have to make repeated visits to government offices to get their work done.
Zone-wise camps were organised at the Citizen Service Centre on the JDA premises from October 7 to 16. In addition, camps were held at the respective zonal offices during the campaign period, except on Sundays, enabling residents to get their cases resolved within their own localities.
Through the Seva Setu Campaign camps, the JDA sought to improve access to public services and ensure the timely resolution of citizens’ applications and grievances.
